Together Irmo and Este rule Lórien, forest claimed to be the most beautiful place findable in Valinor. Lórien is inhabited with many spirits and so it is full of both physical and spiritual life and these communicate together and interact on constant contact.

Lórien is place of rest, combined powers of Irmo and Este harmonize and give renewal to spirit and body at once and in balance. It is also place of meetings, it is said that when spirits leave Mandos, they spare some time in Lórien, where they can be easily contacted, as well as the Maiar, who lead them from Mandos.

In Lórien gardens are fountains, where Irmos and Estes mixed energies are stored and which attract even tired Valar, when they seek rest. It is fascinating to see how the Valar renew and begin to shine, when they are a short time close to this living water full of energy, no matter if they just sit there, drink it or bath their entire body in it. And even though short time is all necessary time, they spare there longer time to clean and renew their mind and spirit.

This fountains are work of both Irmo and Este, they are overfilled by their energy as living water and their sound is very gentle sound, which calms body and makes it easier to reach altered state of consciousness. The same is effect of whispering of the spirits, sometimes even just their presence. And many of them love to spare their time close to these fountains. In these fountains there is very clean water, which feels very gently. It is water that makes you feel, and it isn’t only feeling, that it enjoys touching you.

Irmo and Este have no halls, they live in the forest. They can be often seen helping those, who visit Lórien, as well as its still inhabitants, when Valar come, they help them as well and they themselves love to rest in shadows of Lorien trees or in pure waters under them, or simply at the forest floor. Every their co-work is even stronger than when they work alone. Together they can strengthen both body and spirit of being and put its body and spirit into balance.

Together Irmo and Este teach about importance of marriage between body and spirit, about its nobility. Together they remind about need to take equal care of both. Each of us has different request at body and soul, but we cannot take care only of body and ignore the spirit, or to the spirit and ignore the body. Balance grants health and strength to both and being itself as whole too.
